- 3 Tablespoons Grainy Dijon Mustard
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- Several Dashes Worcestershire Sauce
- Leftover Baked Ham, Sliced
- Kaiser Rolls Or Other Bread
- Extra Mayonnaise And Dijon, For Spreading
- Swiss Cheese Or Other Cheese Slices
- Thinly Sliced Red Onion
- Avocado Slices
- Sliced Tomatoes
- Lettuce, Spinach, Or Arugula

1Make egg salad by chopping the hard boiled eggs and mixing in a bowl with mayonnaise, Dijon, salt and pepper, Worcestershire (and you can also add chopped pickles, hot sauce, etc.)

2Taste and adjust seasonings.

3Halve the rolls and spread one half with Dijon, the other half with mayonnaise.

4Sprinkle the mayonnaise-spread half with salt and pepper.
