- 1 lb leftover lamb or 1 lb beef
- 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 ounce) jar mushroom gravy
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 (10 ounce) can peas and carrots, drained
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes
Directions

1Combine soup, gravy and seasonings. Add meat and half the cheese. Spread in a greased 8x10 casserole dish.

2Cook potatoes according to pkg directions.

3add remaing cup of cheese to potatoes.

4spread potatoes on top of meat mixture.

5Bake at 400* for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
