Ingredients

  • 1 lb leftover lamb or 1 lb beef
  • 1 (10 ounce) can mushroom soup
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar mushroom gravy
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Kitchen Bouquet
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10 ounce) can peas and carrots, drained
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups prepared mashed potatoes

Directions

    Combine soup, gravy and seasonings. Add meat and half the cheese. Spread in a greased 8x10 casserole dish.

    Cook potatoes according to pkg directions.

    add remaing cup of cheese to potatoes.

    spread potatoes on top of meat mixture.

    Bake at 400* for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
