Leftover Thanksgiving Pizza

  • 2 gluten free pizza crusts prepared according to package directions or 1, 10oz can refrigerated pizza dough
  • cranberry sauce Prepared
  • 1 1/2 cups turkey chopped, skinned
  • 1 1/2 cups brussel sprouts prepared, roasted
  • 1 cup acorn squash prepared roasted
  • 4 ounces mozzarella cheese sliced thin and cut in half

Directions

    Preheat oven 400 degrees (if using gluten-free crust, use the recommended temperature on the box).

    Place parchment paper on baking sheet

    If using regular pizza crust, roll dough into a 10-inch circle on a lightly floured surface then place it on the baking sheet and crimp edges with fingers to form a rim.

    Spread a thin layer of cranberry sauce over the pizza crust, leaving a little boarder.

    Top with turkey then vegetables and sprinkle with cheese.

    Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.
