- 1 c. whipping cream
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. finely grated orange peel
- 2/3 c. chopped walnuts
- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, melted
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Butter and flour baking sheet.

3Mix cream and sugar in large bowl.

4Stir in flour and orange peel, blending well.

5Blend in walnuts.

6Drop batter by teaspoons onto baking sheet, spacing about 1 inch apart.

7Bake until golden, about 10 to 15 minutes.

8Transfer to wire rack; let cool.

9Spread chocolate over half of the top of each cookie. Let dry on waxed paper.

10Can be frozen.
