  • 2 c. applesauce
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 stick butter
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon extract

Directions

    Mix together sugar, applesauce, beaten eggs and flour.

    Melt butter and add to mixture.

    Mix real well.

    Add lemon extract. Pour in an unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° until brown.
