- 5 spears Asparagus
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice (You May Only Need Half Of The Juice)
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper
- 1 pinch Cayenne
- 2 pinches Salt
Directions

1Cook the asparagus in water until softened, about 5 minutes.

2Place asparagus in a food processor or blender and pulse until pureed.

3Add in the butter and pulse again.

4Zest the entire lemon and place in a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment.

5Add in the rest of the ingredients and beat until well combined.

6Add half the juice of the lemon to the mixture and beat again.

7Adjust the seasoning to taste.

8Store in the fridge until ready to serve!
