Lemon Asparagus Cheese Dip

  • 5 spears Asparagus
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1 whole Lemon, Zest And Juice (You May Only Need Half Of The Juice)
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoons White Pepper
  • 1 pinch Cayenne
  • 2 pinches Salt

Directions

    Cook the asparagus in water until softened, about 5 minutes.

    Place asparagus in a food processor or blender and pulse until pureed.

    Add in the butter and pulse again.

    Zest the entire lemon and place in a mixing bowl with the paddle attachment.

    Add in the rest of the ingredients and beat until well combined.

    Add half the juice of the lemon to the mixture and beat again.

    Adjust the seasoning to taste.

    Store in the fridge until ready to serve!
