- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 2 cups white sugar
- 2-4 Tbsp flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Directions

1Mix flour and powdered sugar and cut in butter until crumbly. Spread in a 9 x 13 aluminum pan and pat down evenly.

2Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

3Do not brown.

4Beat well eggs, sugar, flour, baking powder and lemon juice.

5Pour over baked crust. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

6May dust with powdered sugar
