- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. finely grated lemon rind
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
Directions

1Crust:

2Combine 1/2 cup margarine, 1 cup flour and 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

3Cut fine with pastry blender.

4Pour into a 9-inch square pan.

5Press on bottom until spread flat all over.

6Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

7This should not be brown.
