- 3/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 8 eggs
- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Combine margarine, powdered sugar, flour and salt.

2Mix at low speed.

3Spread in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

4Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 300°.

5Beat eggs; add sugar, flour (1/2 cup) and lemon juice. Blend.

6Pour over crust.

7Bake 20 minutes at 300°.

8Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cut in squares.
