- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups flour
- 7/8 cup powdered sugar
- 4 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 4 tablespoons flour
- 2 lemons juice
- 1 tablespoon grated lemon zest finely
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180 °C.

2Mix the butter with the flour and powdered sugar.

3Grease a baking tray, add the previous mixture, and bake for 18-20 minutes.

4Meanwhile, beat the eggs with the sugar, 4 tablespoons of flour, lemon juice, and zest.

5Spread on top of the first layer, and bake for another 20 to 25 minutes.

6Cut into squares, and garnish with powdered sugar.
