- 2 c. flour
- 4 slightly beaten eggs
- 6 Tbsp. lemon juice
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Cream the butter; add powdered sugar.

3Blend well with electric mixer and spread in a 9 x 13-inch ungreased pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
