- 3/4 cup quinoa, uncooked
- 1-1/2 cups water
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
- 8 green onions, sliced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
Directions

1Rinse quinoa in mesh strainer; drain.

2Add to small saucepan with water; bring to boil.

3Cover; simmer on low heat 15 min.

4Remove from heat.

5Let stand 5 min.

6Spoon into large bowl.

7Refrigerate 1 hour.

8Mix mayo, dressing and lemon juice until blended.

9Fluff quinoa with fork.

10Add mayo mixture and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
