  • 3/4 cup quinoa, uncooked
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Tuscan House Italian Dressing
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice Safeway 4 ct For $5.00 thru 02/09
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and chopped
  • 8 green onions, sliced
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh basil

    Rinse quinoa in mesh strainer; drain.

    Add to small saucepan with water; bring to boil.

    Cover; simmer on low heat 15 min.

    Remove from heat.

    Let stand 5 min.

    Spoon into large bowl.

    Refrigerate 1 hour.

    Mix mayo, dressing and lemon juice until blended.

    Fluff quinoa with fork.

    Add mayo mixture and remaining ingredients; mix lightly.
