  • 1 1/2 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
  • 3/8 c. sugar
  • 1/4 lb. melted margarine
  • 4 1/2 oz. lemon gelatin (1 1/2 three oz. pkg.)
  • 1 1/2 c. boiling water
  • 1/3 c. honey
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 (12 to 13 oz.) can evaporated milk, well chilled

Directions

    Blend wafer crumbs, sugar and melted margarine and press into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 10 minutes and then chill until firm.
