  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 1 box instant lemon pudding
  • 1/4 c. poppy seed (optional)

    Combine and mix first 3 ingredients.

    Add the next 3 ingredients.

    Pour into 2 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350° for about 35 minutes.
