Lemon Broccoli Chicken

- 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cut four thin lemon slices; squeeze 2 teaspoons juice from remaining lemon.

2Set aside.

3In skillet, in hot oil, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned.

4Remove; set aside.

5Spoon off fat. In skillet, combine soup, milk, reserved lemon juice and pepper. Heat to boiling.

6Return chicken to skillet; top with lemon slices. Cover; cook over low heat 5 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring often.

7Garnish with fresh thyme if desired.
