- 5 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 2 lemons, grated rind and juice
Directions

1Beat eggs and add sugar gradually, continuing to beat.

2Add butter, lemon juice and rind.

3Cook in double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly.

4Cool and store in refrigerator. Yields 1 1/2 cups.
