- 1 lb. butter
- 6 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1/2 lb. candied pineapple
- 1 lb. brown sugar
- 4 c. flour
- 1 oz. lemon extract
- 1/2 lb. candied cherries
- 4 c. pecans
Directions

1Cream butter and sugar.

2Add eggs, 3 cups flour, baking powder and extract.

3Cover fruit and nuts with 1 cup flour.

4Add to mix.

5Line pan with greased brown paper.

6Pour batter into pan and let set overnight.

7Bake at 300° for 1 1/2 hours.

8Raise heat to 350° for 1 3/4 hours.
