- 1 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) container lemon yogurt
- 4 eggs
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- grated rind of 1 lemon
- 2 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Cream together butter and sugar.

2Add yogurt, eggs and vanilla.

3In another bowl blend baking powder, soda, salt and flour.

4Mix in yogurt mixture.

5Fold in lemon rind.

6Preheat oven to 350°.

7Grease and flour a Bundt or tube pan.

8Pour in batter. Bake 45 minutes until done.

9Let cool 10 minutes in pan.
