  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
  • 1 c. apricot nectar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 4 eggs
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1 c. confectioners sugar

Directions

    Mix cake mix, apricot nectar, sugar, oil and eggs until smooth. Bake at 325° until done.

    After cake is taken out of oven and while still warm, pour mixture of lemon juice and confectioners sugar over cake (warm until confectioners sugar is melted).
