- 1 box lemon instant pudding
- 1/3 c. oil
- 1 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- juice of 2 lemons
Directions

1Beat lemon cake mix, lemon instant pudding, 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup water and eggs with mixer for 2 minutes.

2Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
