  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 1 box lemon instant pudding
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • juice of 2 lemons

Directions

    Beat lemon cake mix, lemon instant pudding, 1/3 cup oil, 1 cup water and eggs with mixer for 2 minutes.

    Pour into greased and floured Bundt pan and bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes or in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan for 40 to 45 minutes.
