- 1 pkg. lemon velvet cake mix
- 1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 3/4 c. salad oil
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 4 eggs
Directions

1Mix lemon cake mix with the lemon Jell-O.

2Make a hole in the middle and add salad oil, cold water and eggs.

3Beat 5 to 10 minutes.

4Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan.

5Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.

6Take out of oven and while hot, pierce with meat fork all over.

7Spoon on sauce.
