  • 1 pkg. lemon cake mix (with pudding)
  • 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 small container sour cream
  • 3 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cinnamon

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Combine the first 6 ingredients; mix well. Combine the walnuts, sugar and cinnamon; set aside.

    In a lightly greased tube pan, spread half of the cake mixture. Sprinkle half of the walnut mixture. Repeat again. Bake for 1 hour at 350°.

    Let cool and serve.
