- 1/3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. grated rind
- 3 beaten egg yolks
- 1 1/4 c. milk
Directions

1Combine butter and sugar.

2Add flour, salt, lemon juice and rind.

3Stir egg yolks, mixed with milk.

4Fold stiffly beaten egg whites in.
