- 3 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese or 1 (8 oz.) pkg.
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 2/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1 graham cracker crust (8-inches)
Directions

1Cream the cheese and butter.

2Add the sugar and whole egg. Mix well.

3Add flour, then milk.

4Stir in lemon juice and peel. Pour into unbaked cracker pie shell.

5Sprinkle with crumbs.

6Bake 35 minutes in 350° oven.

7Chill and serve.
