- 1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 4 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. onion powder
- 2 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 2 lb. meat, sliced 1/4 inch thick
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a 1 gallon jar.

2Put jar in refrigerator to marinate overnight.

3Shake jar frequently to evenly coat meat.

4Next morning, drain meat on paper towels. Laying drained strips on wire rack in oven, heat at 100° to 150° for 8 to 10 hours, until dry.

5Turn off heat and let cool on racks with door partly open.
