- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 c. ice cubes
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
Directions

1Combine jello, sugar and boiling water in blender.

2Cover and blend at low speed until jello is dissolved, about 1 minute.

3Add ice and stir until partially melted.

4Add cheese, cover and blend at high speed until smooth, about 1 minute.

5Pour into individual glasses or serving bowl.

6Chill until set, about 30 minutes.

7Top with canned pie filling or fresh or drained canned fruit, if desired.
