- 1/2 c. butter
- juice of 2 lemons
Directions

1Cream all ingredients with a spoon.

2Pour into top of double boiler.

3Cook on medium-high heat, stirring often.

4The mixture will become quite thin at first.

5Continue cooking until it thickens almost like custard, sufficient to frost a three layer cake.

6Especially good on a white layer cake.
