  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 6 eggs, unbeaten
  • 3/8 c. lemon juice
  • 3/8 c. milk
  • grated rind of 2 lemons
  • 3/8 stick melted butter

Directions

    Toss lightly with fork the first 3 ingredients.

    Add other ingredients; beat until smooth and blended well.

    Pour into pie shells.

    Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown.
