- 1 1/2 Tbsp. cornmeal
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 6 eggs, unbeaten
- 3/8 c. lemon juice
- 3/8 c. milk
- grated rind of 2 lemons
- 3/8 stick melted butter
Directions

1Toss lightly with fork the first 3 ingredients.

2Add other ingredients; beat until smooth and blended well.

3Pour into pie shells.

4Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes or until brown.
