  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. corn meal
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 (juice from one) lemon

    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Pour into unbaked 9-inch pie shell.
