  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 2 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 unbaked pie shell

    Combine sugar, flour and cornmeal.

    Add lightly beaten eggs. Add butter and blend thoroughly.
