- 2 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. each: flour and cornmeal
- 4 eggs (unbeaten)
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. grated lemon rind
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 large pie shell
Directions

1Put sugar, flour and cornmeal in a large bowl; toss lightly with a fork.

2Add eggs, butter, milk, lemon rind and lemon juice. Beat with electric mixer until smooth and thoroughly blended. Pour into large pie shell.

3Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes, or until top is golden brown.
