  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. cornmeal
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. lemon rind, grated
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1 (9-inch) unbaked pie shell

Directions

    Toss together lightly the sugar, flour and cornmeal. Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth and thoroughly blended. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 375° for 35 to 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
