- 1 Tablespoon Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Corn Meal
- 4 whole Eggs, Lightly Beaten
- 1/4 cups Fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1/4 cups Whole Milk
- Zest Of 2 Lemons
- 1 whole Ready Made Pie Shell Or Homemade Crust (unbaked)

6Tips: The rind is good, but not totally necessary. You can leave it out if you just want to use bottled lemon juice. The two lemons will equal about 1/4 cup of juice.
