- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. lemon rind
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Beat eggs, sugar, lemon juice, lemon rind and melted butter. Pour into an unbaked pie shell. Bake in a 300° oven until knife comes out clean, about 50 to 60 minutes. Good pie to use up egg yolks after making divinity candy.
