  • 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
  • 8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
  • 1 box confectioners sugar
  • 1 box lemon cake mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 egg

Directions

    Mix butter, cake mix and 1 egg; pat in pan. Set aside.
  2. 2
    Beat remaining ingredients until creamy. Put on top of first mixture. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool in pan.

    May use any flavor of cake mix.
