- 8 boned and skinned chicken breast halves
- juice of 2 1/2 lemons
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 c. unbleached white flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper
- 2 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice plus 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 to 2 lemons, sliced thin
Directions

1Place chicken in a bowl or casserole.

2Cover with lemon juice and marinate in refrigerator for several hours or overnight, turning chicken periodically.

3Preheat oven to 425° Put margarine and olive oil in a shallow baking pan and melt margarine.
