- 6 chicken breasts, skinned
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 chicken bouillon cube, dissolved in 1 c. water
- 2 lemons
Directions

1Put oil and margarine in heavy pot (or Dutch oven).

2Heat.

3Put flour and salt in bag and shake; add chicken breasts, shaking to cover.

4Brown chicken breasts in oil and margarine at medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side.

5Cook three at one time.

6When all are browned, remove from pot.

7Remove pot from heat.

8Add bouillon and stir to remove browned bits from bottom of pan. Squeeze in juice of 2 lemons.

9Return chicken breasts to pan; cover and return to heat.

10Simmer for 20 minutes until tender.
