- 6 small chicken breasts (3 lb.), skinned and boned
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. dried dill weed
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions with tops
Directions

1Cook chicken in margarine over medium heat, turning once, until light brown, about 10 minutes.

2Mix wine, lemon juice,

3salt and dill weed.

4Pour over chicken.

5Place lemon slices on chicken. Heat to boiling.

6Reduce heat, cover and simmer until chicken is done, 10 to 15 minutes.

7Remove chicken; keep warm.

8Heat wine mixture to boiling; cook until reduced by half, about 3 minutes. Pour over chicken; sprinkle with onions.
