- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 small skinless boneless chicken breast halves
- 1/2 c. dry white wine
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 lemon, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions (with tops)
Directions

1Heat butter in 10-inch skillet until melted.

2Cook chicken in butter

3over medium heat (about 10 minutes).

4Add wine and lemon juice.

5Sprinkle with salt.

6Place lemon slices on chicken.

7Heat to boiling; reduce heat.

8Cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is done.

9Remove chicken; keep warm.

10Heat wine mixture to boil.

11Cook 3 minutes or until reduced to about half. Pour over chicken.

12Sprinkle with green onions.
