- 1 Tbsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1/2 c. cold water
- 4 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 4 egg whites
- 1/2 c. sugar
Directions

1Put gelatin in water.

2Separate eggs.

3Put whites in mixing bowl.

4Put yolks in top of double boiler, add 1/2 cup sugar, salt and lemon juice.

5Cook over boiling water, beating constantly until thick.

6Add gelatin.

7Let cool.

8Add rest of sugar.

9Pour into baked pie shell.
