- 5 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. butter or oleo
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. lemon rind
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar.

2Cream together butter or oleo and flour mixture.

3Beat egg yolks until thick and lemon colored; add to milk.

4Gradually add lemon juice and rind.

5Beat egg whites until stiff.

6Fold in carefully to other mixtures.

7Pour into greased baking dish.

8Place in pan with 1-inch of hot water.

9Bake in oven at 350° for 35 minutes.
