  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 whole Polenta Roll (about 16 To 18 Oz. Roll), Sliced
  • 2 cups Chili
  • 1/2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 2 whole Jalapeno, Sliced

    Preheat broiler.

    Heat olive oil in a stove top pan over medium heat.

    Place sliced polenta in the pan and cook on each side for approximately 2-3 minutes.

    Place polenta on a baking sheet, then place a spoonful of chili (cold or warm) on each polenta cake and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

    Heat under the broiler for 2-3 minutes until cheese is melted and chili heated through (if cold).

    Garnish with jalepeno slice and serve.
