- 1 c. flour
- 1 stick oleo
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 c. confectioner sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- chopped nuts
Directions

1Mix flour and oleo as making a pie crust.

2Spread over bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake 15 minutes at 350°.

4Cool.

5Mix cream cheese and sugar, then add Cool Whip.

6Spread over crust.

7Mix pudding mix, milk and lemon juice until thick.

8Spread over cream cheese mixture.

9Spread leftover Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with chopped nuts.

10Chill.
