- 1 lb. sugar
- 1 lb. butter
- 9 eggs
- 1 1/4 c. cornstarch
- 1 1/4 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl beat butter until fluffy.

2Beat in sugar gradually, until light, add eggs one at a time.

3Combine cornstarch, flour and baking powder; add to mixture until well blended.

4Spoon into small muffin tins.

5In a preheated oven at 325° bake 20 to 30 minutes or until golden brown.

6Store in sealed containers.
