- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 medium head cabbage, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can tomato soup
- touch of vinegar
Directions

1Saute beef and onion lightly.

2Do not brown; drain fat. Remove from heat.

3Add rice and water and mix.

4Place 1/2 of cabbage into ungreased 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

5Cover with meat mixture.

6Put rest of cabbage over meat.

7Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
