- 3 whole Cod Fillets, About 3 Inches Wide Each And Skin Removed
- 3 Tablespoons Butter
- 2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
- 1 cup Bread Crumbs
- 1 Lemon, Zest And Juice
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 2 Tablespoons Fresh Chopped Parsley
- 1/2 teaspoons Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place cod fillets in an oven proof dish and set aside.

2In a small skillet set over low heat, melt butter and add garlic.

3Cook for about 2 minutes until garlic is sizzling.

4Remove from heat.

5In a large bowl, combine bread crumbs, lemon zest, dried oregano, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic butter.

6Give a good stir until it is combined.

7Squeeze lemon juice over cod fillets and top each fillet with the bread crumb mixture.

8Bake for about 20 minutes until cod is cooked through and the topping is golden brown and crispy.

9Remove from oven and serve immediately.
