- juice of 4 lemons
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
Directions

1Beat eggs; add sugar and then strained lemon juice.

2Cook in double boiler or in microwave bowl in microwave oven.

3Add butter, cut in small pieces, as soon as mixture is hot.

4Cook until thick.

5Cool and store in refrigerator.

6Keeps for several months.
