- 1 stick soft oleo
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 c. ground nuts
- 8 oz. Philly cream cheese
- 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 2 pkg. lemon instant pudding (small)
- 3 c. milk
Directions

1Mix together oleo, flour and nuts and pat onto bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Bake for 8 minutes at 375°.

3Cool.

4Mix together 8 ounces of cream cheese, powdered sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip and pour over first layer.

5Mix together pudding and milk.

6Pour this over second layer.

7Let set and chill.

8Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
