Lemon Dill Fish

- 1 large onion, halved and thinly sliced
- 1 T butter or margarine
- 4 c water
- 1 T snipped fresh dill or 1 t dill weed
- 3/4 c fat-free milk
- 2 medium lemons, thinly sliced
- 1/8 t pepper
- 2 lbs cod, wall-eye, halibut, or orange roughy fillets
Directions

1In a large skillet, saute onion in butter until tender.

2Add water and dill; bring to a boil.

3Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 4-5 minutes.

4Add milk; stir in lemons and pepper.

5Top with fillets.

6Cover and simmer for 12-15 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
