  • 4 pieces Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 4 Tablespoons Butter, Melted
  • 2 pieces Lemon, Juiced
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dill Weed
  • 2 cloves Garlic, Crushed
  • 2 dashes Lemon Pepper Seasoning

    Wash and dry chicken.

    Score lightly with knife and butterfly if chicken breasts are really thick.

    In a glass dish or plastic bag, mix the rest of the ingredients.

    Reserve 1/4 cup of marinade before adding the chicken.

    Turn to coat chicken and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.

    Grill over medium-high heat until juices run clear, basting with reserved marinade as desired.
